Cade Laurence is a five months old baby. He is the first child of a young couple; his mother is 18 years old and his father is 19 years old. Cade Laurence was brought to Sparrow’s office, because he had been ill for two weeks. He did not want to eat or drink, was vomiting a lot and had fever. His lips were blue too and breathing was difficult for him. We immediately took him to the pediatrician.
The pediatrician decided to hospitalize him. The X-rays showed he has a severe pneumonia. He now gets several prescription drugs and has to use a nebuliser twice a day. Further examination learned he has asthma too.
The estimated costs for the hospitalization and the planned treatment are 200 euro’s.
